Carla Gedle
Carla’s specialty is fun, sexy, rock n roll hair. With 15 years experience, her creativity spans from precise, classic looks to mullets, shags, and everything effortlessly cool. Originally from Ireland and raised in the Bay Area, Carla spent the first 10 years of her career as a stylist there. She is a master colorist and has trained with Bumble&bumble, Vidal Sassoon, Toni & Guy London, Oribe, and Goldwell.
As well as having a passion for making each and every client feel their most beautiful, Carla is an educator who loves to share her knowledge with other hairstylists of all levels of experience.

Heather Mell
Heather has been in the hair business for over 20 years. She has trained with companies ranging from Vidal Sassoon, Toni & Guy, Bumble&bumble, Pony, Wella Academy, and the Goldwell Institute. Heather’s Style is unique, she is heavily influence by the hip hop and punk rock scenes. She has focused most of her career on being an extremely precise stylist. She is known for her ability to create custom color formulas and multi-dimensional blondes tones. She encourages her clients to step out of the box a little bit and try new things consistently. Heather likes to create signature looks that are strong and personal for her clients.

Jacob Desrochers
Jacob has been a hairstylist for 22 years. His first 12 years were at a salon in Sacramento, which was voted “ Best Place To Get Your Hair Done” in SN&R for 7 years in a row. Jacob’s career was foundationally elevated in 2014 when he was hired by Bumble&bumble in NYC, He became a member of their elite international team of educators called BumbleLIVE. He travelled around the USA teaching and performing haircuts at salons and events. Eventually, Jacob was hired on as part of the R&D team for a line of Bumble&bumble men’s products. Other brands Jacob has worked with include: Labiosthetique Paris and Oribe.

Amanda Greene
With over 15 years of experience as a healer, Amanda brings a wealth of care and intention to Syndicate Salon Studio. Trained at Portland's East West College of Healing Arts, she has mastered a variety of modalities including Spa, Swedish, and Deep Tissue massage. She also implements the traditional Chinese practice of Tui Na, which complements Western massage focusing on acupressure points and restoring balance and harmony within the body.
Amanda's talent lies in her passion for supporting your wellbeing, working intentionally to assist with muscle recovery, enhancing mobility, resolving and minimizing chronic pain, and injury prevention. Her unique blend of Chinese and Western techniques leave you feeling revitalized and at your best.
Whether your desired outcomes are to reduce stress, increase flexibility, or to decrease chronic pain, Amanda will intentionally curate a restorative session tailored to your body's specific needs

Brittney is a skilled hairstylist with a passion for coloring and creating beautiful hair extensions. With 5 years of experience in the beauty industry, She has honed in on her craft and skill for color and extensions. Brittney is well-known for her exceptional customer service. She takes the time to listen to her clients' needs and desires, making sure they leave her chair feeling confident and beautiful. Her warm and friendly personality makes her a favorite among her clients, many of whom have been seeing her for a long time.
